1. General Provisions

3kk is an online betting and casino platform that provides entertainment gaming services for users in Bangladesh. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between 3kk ("we", "us", "platform") and the user ("you", "member").

• These Terms are written in Bengali and will be interpreted in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh.

3. Account Security

It is your responsibility to ensure the security of your account. Please follow the guidelines below:

• Keep your password strong and confidential. Do not share it with anyone.
• If you notice any unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately.
• Allowing a third party to use your account or selling your account is strictly prohibited.
• You are personally responsible for all activities carried out from your account.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

The following terms apply to financial transactions on 3kk:

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 — for all payment methods.
• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket.
• Standard withdrawal processing time: 30 minutes to 3 hours.
• The deposit account and withdrawal account must be registered in the same person's name.
• A KYC (Know Your Customer) process is followed to prevent money laundering and illegal activities.
• In the case of suspicious transactions, 3kk reserves the right to pause or verify the payment process.
• In the event of a chargeback or payment dispute, the account will be immediately suspended and a full investigation will be conducted.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

3kk offers bonuses and promotional offers from time to time. The following terms apply to the use of these bonuses:

• Welcome bonus: 100% bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳10,000.
• Welcome bonus wagering requirement: 10x — meaning the bonus amount must be wagered 10 times before withdrawal is permitted.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; they become withdrawable only after the wagering requirement is fulfilled.
• Using multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits is prohibited. If such activity is detected, the bonus will be cancelled and the account suspended.
• The specific terms of each promotion are published separately and apply alongside these general terms.
• The VIP program has three tiers: Bronze — weekly cashback up to 0.5%, Silver — up to 1.0%, Gold — up to 1.5%. Advancement to a VIP tier is determined based on your activity and engagement on the platform.
• 3kk reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer without prior notice.

6. Fair Play Policy

3kk is committed to ensuring a fair and transparent gaming experience for all users. The games on our platform are provided by internationally recognized game providers — such as PG Soft, Pragmatic Play, JILI, Spribe, Evolution Gaming, and Ezugi.

• All game outcomes are determined through a verifiable Random Number Generator (RNG) process.
• Game results are not artificially altered in favor of or against any player.
• Using any software or bot to gain a gaming advantage is prohibited.
• Collusion (improper coordination between multiple players) is strictly prohibited.

7. Prohibited Activities

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the 3kk website — including logos, graphics, text, software, designs, and other elements — is owned by 3kk and/or its partner organizations.

• Reproducing, distributing, or commercially using these materials without written permission from 3kk is prohibited.
• Limited viewing of content is permitted for personal, non-commercial use.
• Unauthorized use of the 3kk brand name will be considered a violation of trademark law.

9. Limitation of Liability

3kk accepts no liability in the following circumstances:

• If gaming is disrupted due to loss of internet connection or technical failure.
• If delays or errors occur with third-party payment gateways or banking services.
• If losses arise from a user's own negligence or failure to secure their account.
• Force majeure — if service is disrupted due to natural disasters, government directives, or other uncontrollable circumstances.
• For financial losses from gaming — as gaming carries risk and outcomes are entirely uncertain.

In any circumstance, 3kk's maximum liability will be limited to the original amount of the transaction in dispute.

10. Account Suspension and Closure

3kk may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• If any provision of these Terms is violated.
• If a user does not cooperate with identity verification or the KYC process.
• If evidence of suspicious or fraudulent activity is found.
• Upon instruction from law enforcement authorities.
• At the user's own request (self-exclusion).

In the event of account closure, any valid balance will be returned, though the balance may be held during the period of investigation.

11. Responsible Gaming
